The FDA Business Rule updates associated to Supplemental Guide 2.4.1 will be implemented in PROD at 6:00 am (ET) on May 31, 2016. This is a hard cutover date and the rules are not backwards compatible. The queues will be stopped at 6am for this deployment all messages queued upon completion of the deployment will be processed using the new rules.
Additionally, the updates will be implemented in CERT on May 24, 2016.
