Due to some ACE Cargo Release entries Incorrectly rejecting for error "COUNTRY OF ORIGIN NOT ALLOWED FOR IMPORT" today, Thursday, June 23, 2016, the following items announced in CSMS# 16-000510, have been backed out and will be re-implemented to Production at another available date:
• SE-7917: Entry Cancellations - Allow Delete transactions from Trade if Entry Summary is in Cancelled status.
• SE-7643: Cargo Release to reject entries from restricted countries.
• SE-7973: Error "026 MISSING BILL ISSUER CODE" was not programmed for Truck MOT. Truck entry received "No Bill Match" in the SO message instead. (Ticket# 2716143).
• SE-7988: Implement validation for entry number format. Entry number must be 8 numeric characters. Otherwise, return error 006 INVALID ENTRY NUMBER.
• SE-7998: Make disposition codes 84 and 85 available in SO messaging, instead of an **UNKNOWN** disposition description.
An entry's Disposition Code and its corresponding Narrative Message are on the SO60 record.
