Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1606 was created on June 24, 2016 and contains 5,677 ABI records and 1,404 harmonized tariff records.
Modifications include the removal of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) OGA (Other Government
Agency) indicators from various HTS records, effective July 1, 2016.
Changes also included those mandated by the Information Technology Agreement II, effective July 1, 2016
