As currently programmed, ACE Cargo Release entries with MOT 70 (Pipeline) require manual review and release by CBP field personnel. Specifically for entries with MOT 70, Trade is directed to contact the applicable Port office if release hasn’t occurred within 48 hours of successful submission.
