CORRECTION to CSMS# 16-000736, Item# CREC-1188 should read as follows: The system shall NOT accept payment information if the Reconciliation ES is in CBP Control, Rejected.
Below is the corrected deployment list in its entirety.
The following ACE CERTIFICATION deployment of ACE Reconciliation functionality took place on Tuesday morning, August 23, 2016, at 0700 ET:
• CREC-4502: Fix for ACE System Failure (ASF) errors.
• CREC-3860: The system shall not allow a revenue class in the Grand Totals if it was not cited in an underlying Entry Summary (ES), a previous Associated ES, or a Line.
• CREC-2394: The system shall reject if a new Associated ES being reconciled is more than 12 months late when in CBP Reject control for FTA.
• CREC-1188: The system shall NOT accept payment information if the Reconciliation ES is in CBP Control, Rejected.
• CREC-103: The system shall return a response if a new Associated ES being reconciled is more than 21 months late when in CBP Reject control for an Other Issue.
• CREC-652: A submitted Reconciliation summary shall be rejected if the Recon has already liquidated or in CBP Control.
• CREC-2860: The system shall not allow Payable Totals for a no-change Recon or when the ES is in a CBP Rejected status.
