Please be advised that there will be an ACE PRODUCTION deployment on Thursday morning, September 1, 2016, starting at 0600 ET.
The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.
To be deployed:
• PGAD-12356 PGA rule updates:
o FDA Rule Updates:
 -- For drug commodities, updated rule to allow the drug registration description to be Unknown(i.e. UNK)
 -- For an entity of manufacturer updated rule to allow either the country of growth (262) or country of production (39) in the PG06
o AMS Rule Update: Updated seasonal exemption start and end dates for table grapes
o Lacey Rule Update: Allowing disclaim of AL2 HTS flag (only codes ‘C’ and ‘D’ are allowed)
o NHTSA Rule Update: Updated NHTSA Box 2A rule for program codes MVS and REI. If any other program code is provided with a Box 2A then this rule will issue a reject.
o OMC Rule Update:
 -- Only require PG21 POC information for the exporter (EX) and responsible government official (RGO)
 -- Updated logic to allow valid declaration codes in the PG22
o PE Rule Update: Updated logic to allow valid lot number qualifiers in the PG25
