The Cargo Release processing issue has been resolved.
Many of the SE transactions (Cargo Release) filed between 4:00pm and 10:15pm EST on 9/1/2016 failed to process in ACE.
If a filer has not received a corresponding SX message for any SE message sent between 4:00pm and 10:15pm EST on 9/1/2016, the filer should resubmit their data.
