• CAOM-6371: Air: Upon filing a non-express Master air waybill where its house bills are already on file, if any of the house bills are Express advanced house bills with an in-bond, set the in-bond's Origin Port code to the express port code rather than the non-express port code from the non-express Master.

• PGAD-12574 FDA Business Rule Updates:
o For Human prescription drugs, the application number is no longer required if Intended Use Code is “150.013”.
o When a Prior Notice Confirmation number is provided, the format must be exactly 12N.
o Only Product Codes beginning with industry code “53” are allowed on a cosmetic (COS) submission.
o When a Product Code does not require prior notice, then declaring the product as FOO: NSF, FEE, PRO, DSU, or ADD is not allowed.
• PGAD-12643 Updates to NMFS permit validations:
o Implement rule revisions for program 370, based on agency requirements and recommendations.
o For program AMR, perform toothfish approval number and weight validations.
o For program HMS, address and resolve known business rule issues.
