As of 10/15/16, CBP began enforcing an edit within DIS submissions in the PRODUCTION environment to ensure that the agency code provided is a valid agency code. For example, if you need to submit a document for the National Marine Fisheries Service, the valid agency code is 'NMF' and not 'NOAA.' This functionality is also currently available in the CERTIFICATION environment.
