1. Filers can resubmit any ACE Entry Summaries (AE transactions) that received the ACE SYSTEM FAILURE (E90) reject on the response (AX) transaction.
2. Filers can resubmit any ACE Cargo Release (SE transactions) that received the PGA Data Rejected on the response (SX) transaction.
