Please be advised that there will be an ACE CERTIFICATION Entry Summary deployment on Tuesday morning, December 6, 2016, starting at 0700 ET.

The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.

To be deployed:

• CES-3568: Switch to look at Release info from ACE instead of ACS.
Some AE validations that currently look at ACS for release data will need to look at ACE.

• CES-5582: Decimal change to NAFTA Country Duty Rate.
The NAFTA Country Duty Rate is being changed from 6 decimals to 8 decimals to support the existing data in ACS.

• CES-5605: NX - B record does not retain text for positions 60-80.
Submitted a NE that would produce error code N09-LOOP EXCEEDED-NFTA CNTRY CLM LN GROUPING. The NX returned with the correct error however, the B record did not retain text for positions 60-80 of the NE. This has been corrected.

• CES-5614: Remove the validation of FIRMS (Location of Goods) on the 11-record.
The validation of FIRMS Code (Location of Goods) reported on the 11-record needs to be bypassed as the FIRMS Code data in production is not accurate.

• CES-5689: NX contained the wrong error code for BRV F224.
For one of the business rule validations, the expected error message was correct but the error code was not correct. This has been corrected.
Received - F MVMEXPORT VALUE OF GOODS AMOUNT MISSING
Expected - F224 EXPORT VALUE OF GOODS AMOUNT MISSING

• CES-5928: AE with Trade Agreement Recon Ind = Y not creating expected error F158.
Business rule for "Prior Reconciliation Restriction" is failing for one condition. AE with Trade Agreement Recon Ind = Y not creating expected error F158. This has been corrected.

• CES-5930: Incorrect error code for NE business rule validation.

• CES-6076: When a Post-Summary Correction (PSC) is submitted, the RCNCLTN_ISUE_CD is supposed to be carried forward from the previous version.
When a filer submits a PSC, they do not include the recon flags on the PSC. Instead the recon flags are supposed to be carried forward from the previous version. The NAFTA recon flag is being carried forward, but the Other recon flag is getting wiped out. This has been corrected.

• Ticket 3052531/CES-6095: *Prod* Missing HTS generating E42 ACE System Failure (ASF) instead of error message 432-HTS NBR MISSING.
An AE was missing the second HTS# on line 36 but the remainder of the data was there. This generated an E42 ASF but should have generated the 432-HTS NBR MISSING error message.

• CES-6122: Remove the mandatory Payment Type Code validation - Part 2
In order to support the ability for the Trade to submit the NE in two parts, the Payment Type Code can no longer be mandatory. If the Payment Type Code on the 87-record of the NE is not reported, reject the NE with error 137-PAYMENT TYPE CODE MISSING.

• Ticket 3066836/CES-6132: Fix for Unknown Census Override Code.
When the Census Override Code was unknown the system returned an ASF. This corrects it so the system returns the proper validation error instead.

• CES-6220: ES - Check Archived Entry Number table to make sure an entry # has not been used.
All entry summaries are being migrated from ACS to ACE. In order to ensure that the entry numbers that have been archived to the ACE Data Warehouse are not reused, validations will first need to check a new table. If the entry # is in this table, the AE should be rejected with the error B70-ENTRY NUMBER NOT ACTIVE.

• CES-6429: Fix for Import Date for Entry Type 22 not being set in Production. This relates to previous story CES-1643.
