Please be advised that there will be an ACE Reconciliation deployment in the CERTIFICATION environment on Thursday morning, December 8, 2016, starting at 0700 ET.
The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.
To be deployed:
• CREC-5770: Allow, but do not require, the Additional Merchandise Value on the 54-Record for Recon Type Codes Cx4, Cx6, and Cx7.
• CREC-5769: Allow, but do not require, the Primary Merchandise Value on the 53-Record for Recon Type Codes Cx4, Cx6, and Cx7.
• CREC-5719: Allow, but do not require, the Additional HTS Number on the 54-Record for Recon Type Codes Cx4, Cx6, and Cx7.
• CREC-5718: Allow, but do not require, the Primary HTS Number on the 53-Record for Recon Type Codes Cx4, Cx6, and Cx7.
• CREC-5661: Return actual missing Accounting Class Code in 238-ORIG LN RVNUE CLS MISSING.
Validation error message text will now contain a colon (:) and the missing ACC. (i.e., E1 F238 ORIG LN RVNUE CLS MISSING: 501)
• CREC-5612: Recon - Check Archived Entry Number table to make sure an Entry number has not been used.
Lookup the Filer Entry Code/Entry Number in the Entry Summary (ES) Header and ES Number Archived table to determine if it has already been filed. If found in the ES Number Archive it means the ES Number has been archived from Legacy ACS and will result in the validation error 320-Entry Number Not Active.
