• PGAD-13561 Implement Phase 1 of FDA Business Rules updated to align with v2.5 Implementation Guide (IG)
ACE Entry Summary

• CES-6076: When a Post-Summary Correction (PSC) is submitted, the RCNCLTN_ISUE_CD is supposed to be carried forward from the previous version.
When a filer submits a PSC, they do not include the recon flags on the PSC. Instead the recon flags are supposed to be carried forward from the previous version. The NAFTA recon flag is being carried forward, but the Other recon flag is getting wiped out. This has been corrected.
• Ticket 3052531/CES-6095: Missing HTS generating E42 ACE System Failure (ASF) instead of error message 432-HTS NBR MISSING.
An AE was missing the second HTS# on line 36 but the remainder of the data was there. This generated an E42 ASF but should have generated the 432-HTS NBR MISSING error message.
• Ticket 3066836/CES-6132: Fix for condition "Unknown Census Override Code".
When the Census Override Code was unknown the system returned an ASF. System will now return the proper validation error instead.
• CES-6429: Fix for Import Date for Entry Type 22 not being set in Production. This relates to previous story CES-1643.
• CES-6463: Steel License (LPC Type 01) - validations should be skipped when the summary is in CBP control.
License / Permit / Certificate (LPC) Validations for Steel are only required when an entry summary is added or replaced while in Trade control. If a summary is updated after CBP control, the validations should be skipped.
