CBP ACE is currently experiencing issues with receiving and processing incoming Manifest, QP and WP In-bond EDI messages from the Trade which will likely impact Cargo Release as well. The issue started approximately 11:32 ET.
ACE Technical staff is investigating the issue and another CSMS message will be issued as soon as more information becomes available.
