Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1615 was created on December 21, 2016 and contains 813 ABI records and 166 harmonized tariff records.
Modifications include those mandated by the 484 F Committee, the Committee for Statistical Annotation of
Tariff Schedules. These changes will become effective on January 1, 2017.
Changes required by Presidential Proclamation 9555 are also incorporated, specifically the extension of
the Israel agricultural provisions. The Proclamation can be found in the Federal Register dated December

Adjustments were made to several Participating Government Agency (PGA) indicators as well, and
modifications required by the verification of the 2016 Harmonized Tariff Schedule(HTS) are included also.
The modified records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically
