U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated Automated
Export System Trade Interface Requirements (AESTIR) documentation posted on CBP.gov. The updated documents include:

• Appendix D – Export Port Codes - The following change has been made - MOT of ‘Fixed’ has been set to allowed for Port 3801 (Detroit, MI).

• Appendix X – HTS/Schedule B Codes for PGAs – The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requested AESTIR Appendix X be updated with additional HTS/Schedule B codes and be set as ‘Allowed’ for EPA filing.

• Appendix A – Commodity Filing Response Messages – Updated the response for Response Code: 701 to reflect the current regulation for “Shipment Reported Late; Opt 4” reported late from 10 days to 5 days.
