Entry summaries submitted for the Tuna opening on Tuesday January 3, 2017, in the proper form (at the high rate of duty with the appropriate high rate HTS numbers 1604.14.3051, 1604.14.3059, 1604.14.3091 and 1604.14.3099) may be cargo released, barring any other exams results by CBP or other Partner Government Agencies (PGA). Quota proration amount will be provided by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in late March or April 2017. Shipments are not being held by Quota and Agriculture Branch. Bonded warehouse facilities may release Quota tuna cargo.
