On Tuesday, January 17, 2017, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published two Federal Register Notices (FRNs) announcing the delay of the effective date for Drawback and Duty Deferral entry and entry summary filings in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and modifications to the National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) tests for Reconciliation, Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) and Periodic Monthly Statement (PMS).
