Per a request from FDA, CBP will be deploying a fix to the following FDA rules at approximately 1545 EST:
-Animal Drug/VME entries were incorrectly rejected for product code subclass (PG02).
-Biologic/BIO entries were incorrectly rejected when Affirmation of Compliance “IND” was submitted (PG23).
-Biologic/BIO entries were incorrectly rejected when intended use code 920.000 was submitted (PG01).
-Tobacco/TOB entries incorrectly requiring brand name for investigational products (PG07).
This deployment will be completed by 1600 EST.
