Please be advised that there will be an ACE PRODUCTION Cargo Release deployment on Thursday morning, February 16, 2017, starting at 0500 ET.

The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.

To be deployed:

• SE-8434, SE-8435, SE-8436 – Ocean/Air/Rail: Release date should be set to estimated arrival date when within the variable release window. (Example of this new functionality: In the ocean environment, ACE Cargo Release previously started the 10-day Entry Summary clock at the 5 day variable release window. This new enhancement will start the 10-day Entry Summary clock according to the Estimated Date of Arrival, which more accurately depicts the Actual Arrival Date.)

• SE-8513 - Ticket# 7146146 - Split bills - issue with In-bond Not On File error.
(The carrier created the bill as a non-split bill and had an in-bond associated with it originally. Then they split the bill and same in-bond was associated with it.)

• SE-8530 - Entry disposition for Admissible entries with split bills.
(Any time an entry with split bills was in Admissible state and the entry was not released for any reason including but not limited to, in-bond port discrepancy, incorrect in-bond on SE transaction, entry summary port discrepancy, the SO message displayed SPLIT SHIPMENT RELEASE PENDING. This caused some confusion to filers because SPLIT SHIPMENT RELEASE PENDING disposition should be displayed if the cargo is waiting on one of the split parts to depart, or if the sum of the total quantities does not equal the total manifested quantity.)
