Clarification on reporting a multi-HTS article where more than one HTS is marked with a mandatory fee/tax class.
In ACE, for any situations where an article contains multiple HTS numbers, and more than one of those HTS numbers requires a fee/tax, the total line amount is the fee/tax amount for each HTS fee/tax amount added together. This fixes an incorrect calculation from ACS, where fee amount was on the first HTS only. This calculation is currently in ACE production, and should be utilized when currently filing ACE Entry Summaries.
