Please be advised that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is aware that some users may be experiencing issues launching some ACE Portal accounts-related web pages, including ACE Protest.
CBP technical staff is actively working on a resolution and another Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS) message will be issued once more information or a resolution is known.
