U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Agency Tariff Code to Agency Program Cross Reference document posted on CBP.gov. Document changes include:
• Added additional information in the introduction section
• Added new HTS flags and descriptions: TB3, FW3
• Updated text associated with HTS flag FW1
