DHS OneNet has resolved the issue impacting several trade filers who were unable to successfully connect to CBP (e.g. via VPN connection) for data transmissions. CBP technicians continue to monitor the connectivity.
If some trade partners continue to experience VPN connection issues, they should contact the CBP Help Desk and reference Master ticket# 8824371 and provide their VPN username/ hashID.
