On July 8, 2017, CBP will deploy in ACE collections and statements, reconciliation, drawback, duty deferral and liquidation. The following message covers deployment support options for trade users, as well as an updated cutover plan for statements.

Deployment Support:
In support of the July 8th ACE deployment, the following options will be available for support. More information on the deployment can be found at CBP.gov/ACE under “What's New with ACE.”

1. Trade Update Call
From July 10th to July 14th the Trade Update Call will be conducted DAILY from 2:00-3:00pm Eastern Time. This call will provide updates on the deployment and answer questions from members of the trade.

2. Client Representatives
Trade members experiencing EDI issues during business hours should contact their assigned client representative.

Statements Cutover Plan:
The Collections and Statements Information Notice has been updated with a revised Statements Cutover Plan. The outage period for payments and statements will be from Friday, July 7, 2017 after 11:59 PM EDT through Sunday, July 9, 2017. Details regarding this update to the cutover timeline can be found at the link below:
