At this time, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is not requiring Partner Government Agency (PGA) data on shipments of TTB-regulated products intending to make entry to a bonded warehouse through a Type 21 entry. Instead, for Type 21 entries, filers can avail themselves to the disclaim function in the PGA Message Set. Filers should use whichever disclaim code is applicable to the HTS code used for that shipment in Record Identifier PG01 to limit the data required for entry in respect to commodities otherwise regulated by TTB.
