Please be advised that there will be an ACE Entry Summary PRODUCTION deployment on Tuesday morning, July 11, 2017, during the 0500 - 0700 ET window, which will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.
To be deployed:
• CES-7135: Support Additional PSC (post-summary correction) Entry Type Change Reason code.
New PSC reason code "H14" (Entry Type AD/CVD to Non-AD/CVD) is being implemented as a result of the recent change that allows conditional Entry Type change during a PSC. Valid PSC Entry Type Change Reasons will now include H14, along with existing H01 and H02.
• CES-7382: Change PSC Liquidation Timing restriction from 21 Days to 14 Days.
Currently, a PSC requires that an entry summary's liquidation cannot be less than 21 days in the future (based on the EDI Received Date).
• CES-7519: Entry Summary Add/Replace Accepted Without mandatory 23-Record.
ACE ABI AE add/replace summary was accepted when mandatory 23-Record was missing. The 23-rec is mandatory if the 22-rec is present. A missing 23-rec will now generate the error 185-BOL/INBOND NUMBER(S) MISSING.
