STATUS REMAINS UNCHANGED
ACE downtime procedures remain in effect. CBP will issue the next ACE status update no later than 8/2/17 at 1730. Note: Downtime procedures allow for the submission of broker screen shots, etc.
CBP requests that trade users NOT retransmit any messages. CBP will advise if retransmissions are necessary, once ACE is fully available.
ACE Portal is currently unavailable for all end-users.
Manifest: Trade users can submit EDI manifest submissions for all modes; however, CBP is unable to arrive conveyances in any mode. Rail line release is not available.
Entries/Entry Summaries: Trade users can submit entries and entry summaries, and ACE will hold them in a queue to be processed once ACE is fully available. Trade will not receive entry and entry summary disposition messages until ACE is fully available.
PNSI screen shots are required for FDA regulated commodities that require Prior Notice. Currently no other PGA forms are required as part of the downtime procedures.
