Although some Trade Filers have recovered their VPN connection and are processing EDI successfully, CBP is aware that NOT all Trade Filers are connected. CBP is continuing to work with DHS OneNet engineers to restore VPN connection for each of the impacted trader partner.

All CBP ports with Trade Filers who are still having VPN connection issues will be working under Downtime Procedures for those Trade Filers. Please contact the CBP port for procedure instructions.

CBP will continue to monitor this issue and will send another CSMS message when the problem is resolved.
