DIS Web Services trade partners must make changes to their client side to get up to TLS 1.1 by the specified dates:
CERTIFICATION environment: 9/15/17
PRODUCTION environment: 10/31/17
Effective on the proposed dates for each environment, CBP will disable everything below TLS 1.1 (i.e. SSL V3 and TLS 1.0). This does not impact trade users submit their documents via email, MQ, or upload on the ACE portal. CBP will send out an updated CSMS message if there are any changes to the proposed dates.
