Urgent Message for sugar filers: Tranche Two Sugar Opening, dated 10/18/2017 has oversubscribed and will be prorated. These Quota opening entry summaries were filed with HTS 9903.17.22 and secondary HTS chapter 1701 through chapter 1806. The User Defined Rule (UDR) was not activated and entire cargo was inadvertently released.
Please hold cargo intact until the proration amount is determined.
