CBP is aware of an issue from Wednesday, October 25, 2017 starting at 10:40 am EST where ACE Summaries were accepted in ACE but the data did not populate in ACS. The issue has been corrected. Unfortunately this resulted in the data not being available for statement processing in ACS this morning.
Filers with summaries transmitted electronically on 10/25/2017 with a statement print date of 10/26/2017 that did not appear on statement will need to be retransmitted with statement print dates 10/27/2017 or later.
If 10/26/2017 was the 10th day and this issue may trigger a late presentation/payment penalty, please make a screenshot of your transmissions and note this CSMS message number as a mitigating circumstance for any penalty review.
