CBP is aware of a delay in ACE Air and Ocean Manifest status notification messages generating to the Trade, even though the manifest messages sent from Trade to CBP are processing successfully. Preliminary investigations show this to be due to a transaction volume spike around the noon hour.
Currently, the Air and Ocean notification backlogs are about 30 minutes behind and another CSMS will be issued once the backlogs are cleared.
