The ACE outage referenced in CSMS# 17-00709, 17-00710 and 17-00711 has been Resolved as of 11/14/2017 at 22:05.

The ACE Portal, Manifest EDI processing, Entry Summary and Cargo Release EDI processing are operational at normal capacity.

Trade electronic ACE EDI messages that were incorrectly rejected of received "ACE System Failure" (ASF) errors can be resubmitted to CBP.

If trade had submitted messages and did not receive a response back from CBP, please be advised that CBP applications are actively processing the backlog.

CBP will continue to communicate regularly with our internal and external stakeholders until ACE is fully available. Please contact your Client Rep or the CBP Help Desk if you are continuing to experience ACE filing issues.

CBP engineers will continuing to monitor the situation.
