This morning, 11/16/2017, the ACE cargo release process (SE transactions) experienced issues resulting in "ACE SYSTEM FAILURE" error messages. As a result, some filers may not have received their SX and/or SO notification response messages. The issue only impacted any SE filings between 0900 - 0910 EST on the morning of 11/16/2017.
If you have not received a SX and/or SO response for any SE filed during this timeframe, please resubmit the initial SE transaction.
