Please be advised that there will be a PRODUCTION ACE Cargo Release, Entry Summary and Statements deployment on Thursday morning, November 20, 2017, during the 0500 - 0700 ET window. ACE Cargo Release, Entry Summary and ACS ABI processing will be impacted.
To be deployed:
ACE Cargo Release - miscellaneous technical changes to support ACE Reporting applications.
ACE Statements - Maintenance in support of December deployment of Statements capabilities. ACS ABI message queues, such as ACS Statements Update (HP) messages, will be stopped from 0500-0545 ET.
Entry Summary

• CES-8463: Apply a new Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF)-499 minimum/maximum amount based on the MPF Action Date.
Change the MPF-499 minimum/maximum amounts to support the 'FY18 Fee/Limitation adjusted in accordance with the FAST Act' specified as part of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation ACT (COBRA) legislation.
Specifically:
In 'Formal Summary Total MPF Amount Comparison' rule:
For an ES where the derived MPF Action Date is earlier than 1/1/2018:
--Apply the MPF-499 minimum amount of $25.
--Apply the MPF-499 maximum amount of $485.
For an ES where the derived MPF Action Date is on or after 1/1/2018:
--Apply the MPF-499 minimum amount of $25.67.
--Apply the MPF-499 maximum amount of $497.99.
• CES-8464: Apply a new MPF-311 fixed amount based on the MPF Action Date.
Change the MPF-311 fixed amount to support the 'FY18 Fee/Limitation adjusted in accordance with the FAST Act' specified as part of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation ACT (COBRA) legislation.
In 'Informal MPF Amount Comparison' rule:
For an ES where the derived MPF Action Date is earlier than 1/1/2018: Apply MPF-311 fixed amount of $2.
For an ES where the derived MPF Action Date is on or after 1/1/2018: Apply MPF-311 fixed amount of $2.05.
