CBP has resolved an issue of filers receiving rejections to their ACS ACH payment transactions today. The ACH Payment transactions were receiving error code: Q08- QT AMT PAID - NOT STATEMENT AMT.
Filers receiving this rejection on their ACH payments today, 1/10/2018, must resend the ACH payment transactions for acceptance.
