The National Marine Fisheries Service is providing this notice to inform filers of updates and corrections being made to the list of HTS Codes that are "flagged" as NM8 for mandatory reporting pursuant to the requirements of the NMFS Seafood Import Monitoring Program. These changes will be made as of February 7, 2018.
Two new HTS codes added for NM8:
0304711000 - GROUNDFISH COD NSPF FILLET BLOCKS FROZEN > 4.5Kg
0304715000 - GROUNDFISH COD NSPF FILLET FROZEN
Three HTS codes deleted for NM8:
0306144006 - CRAB BLUE KING (PARALITHODES PLATYPUS) FROZEN
0306144009 - CRAB GOLDEN/BROWN KING (LITHODES AEQUISPINUS) FROZEN
0306144012 - CRAB SOUTHERN RED SANTOLLA KING (LITHODES SANTOLLA) FROZEN
