CBP has posted quota bulletins 18-111 and 18-112 at https://www.cbp.gov/trade/quota/bulletins with filing instructions for the tariff rate quotas and additional duties on Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic cells and modules, and household-type (residential) washing machines and parts of washing machines, effective February 7, 2018.
Any additional updates on these issues will be posted in a quota bulletin and/or CSMS message.
