CBP is aware of an issue with ACE processing, where Entry Summary (AE) filings are receiving intermittent ACE System Failures. CBP plans to deploy a fix to ACE Production for this issue at noon today. A resolution CSMS message will be issued when this deployment has been completed, at which time, the trade may refile their previously rejected AEs.
