Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1804 was created on March 29, 2018 and contains 710 ABI records and 166 harmonized tariff records.
Modifications include updates to Participating Government Agency (PGA) indicators.
In addition, changes were made to support Presidential Proclamations 9704 and 9705. The KG unit of
measure was removed from 99038001 and 99038501.
Adjustments required by the verification of the 2018 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) are included also.
The modified records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically
