Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1805 was created on April 25, 2018 and contains 5,993 ABI records and 1,287 harmonized tariff records.
Changes include those mandated in Presidential Proclamation 9687, To Take Certain Actions Under the African Growth and Opportunity Act for Other Purposes. The modifications made are listed in Annex III, Modifications on the Eligibility of Certain Articles the Product of Ukraine for Purposes of the Generalized System of Preferences, effective April 26, 2018. In addition, class code 672 was added to thirteen HTS codes to support additional duties on coffee imports into Puerto Rico (19 USC 1319).
