On 1/29/18, CSMS 18-000099 was issued to notify the trade of the updated AD/CVD Public Message Site URL change. It was noted in this message that the old URL will temporarily remain enabled during a transition period. CBP has established 7/13/18 as the decommissioning date for the old AD/CVD public message site URL. At that point, AD/CVD Public Messages may only be found at https://aceservices.cbp.dhs.gov/adcvdweb
