The ACE CERTIFICATION environment is available for Trade partners to test Ocean and Rail Manifest for the upcoming In-bond Regulations changes that become effective Monday, August 6, 2018, requiring the reporting of a FIRMS code upon in-bond arrival. Availability of CERT testing for Truck Manifest and CATAIR QP/WP was previously announced in CSMS# 18-000366.
Expected Error Messages for Ocean and Rail are same as for Truck:
-- Error code 157 - FIRMS CODE REQUIRED – when arriving an in-bond without providing a FIRMS code.
-- X.12 and CAMIR - Error code 380 - INVALID INB DEST PORT CODE – when attempting to arrive an in-bond at a port other than the in-bond destination port
-- CATAIR - Error code 372 - INVALID INB DEST PORT CODE – when attempting to arrive a QP in-bond at a port other than the in-bond destination port
