The previously deployed change to accommodate hourly absolute quota allocation will be removed from the CERTIFICATION environment on 7/5/18 at 0600 ET.
The allocation of absolute quota commodities will return to nightly 2000 (8pm) ET processing and the presentation date/time will be determined based on local time.
