Please be advised that an edit for SU submissions was prematurely deployed in ACE.
The edit was deployed to ensure that the “B” record in SU submissions matches the “B” record in the referenced AE.
The filer/office transmitting the AE would also transmit the SU; therefore, the two “B” records must agree.
If the data does not match, error code, P11, DDPP DOES NOT MATCH SUMMRY B-RECORD PORT, will be generated.
This edit will be disabled and moved to the CERTIFICATION environment to allow the trade sufficient time to test. Once testing is complete it will be deployed to PRODUCTION.
Until the edit can be disabled, for those rejected SU submissions, the Trade will need to correct the Port code within the “B” record of the SU to match the port code in the “B” record of the AE that is submitted for the entry number listed in the “H” record of the SU.
A follow up CSMS will be published once the edit has been disabled and the CATAIR will be updated with a clarification on the error code.
