Please be advised that there will be ACE PRODUCTION Scheduled Maintenance Saturday evening, September 15, 2018 from 2200 ET to 0400 ET Sunday, September 16, 2018.
ACE will perform infrastructure maintenance activities and the following ACE Deployments during this time:
Mail Entry Writing System (MEWS)

• Configuration changes for COBRA user fee increase for dutiable mail from $5.65 to $5.77 effective starting October 1st 2018.
Quota

• Absolute Quota Allocation job to run Hourly from 11:45 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. EST.
PGA/ITDS
--------
• PO (Status Notification for Stand-alone PE Data Submission) message will include comments if available in the PO72 (PGA Narrative Information) record.
ACE Cargo Release

• Allow port clusters for intermediate in-bond ports. Previously the error 'Inbond Port Discrepancy' was generated if intermediate clustered ports were different.
• Absolute Quota Validation rule for correction requests. If a Replace transaction becomes a request, check if current Quota Status is Pending or Accepted or Filled. If quota status is one of these, reject the Cargo Release SE transaction.
• Updated validations to reject transaction if the bill number is not transmitted in the SE.
• Ticket# 9748426: Ignore empty lines in an input SE message. This resolves the issue of a misformatted response SX message.
ACE Truck Import Manifest - EDI message processing

• X.12 - 309 (Cargo Manifest) message - fixed bug where N10 (Quantity and Description) segment loops processed successfully only if the N10 loops with VC (VIN) segments preceded N10 loops without VC segments. Fixed so that the sequence of the N10 loops with and without VC segments would not matter.
• X.12 - 997 (functional acknowledgement) message ISA10 (timestamp) data element - use 24-hour clock.
ACE Extract Reference Query (FQ)
