The latest 5106 CATAIR is now posted on CBP.GOV under the "Chapters: Drafts for Future Capabilities" tab at the following location: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair.
This new 5106 CATAIR will be available for testing in the CERTIFICATION environment starting in December 2018.
