Due to planned maintenance, FDA ITACS (Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System) Document Upload functionality will be unavailable from 12:00 AM – 3:00 AM ET Saturday, October 27, 2018. For those with ITACS account access, you will not be able to download Notices of FDA Action pdf documents during that timeframe as well.
If documents must be submitted during this time, they can be submitted to the local FDA office at the port of entry via that office's preferred alternate communication method.
