Further guidance provided for the In-Bond Report Functionality
In response to multiple trade requests, CBP has asked to provide further guidance on ensuring their Bonded Carrier IRS number is associated to their CBP ACE Portal carrier account so they can use the newly published MNFST-003 report to track in-bonds issued against their IRS number. (For further information on this report, please see CSMS Message #18-000647).
In order for a carrier to be able to use the “Carrier IRS details” report, their carrier IRS number must be linked to their ACE portal carrier account. To verify this, log into the ACE portal. On your account details home page, your IRS number will be listed under the IRS tab on the bottom of the page. If your IRS number is not associated to your ACE portal carrier account, please contact your assigned CBP Client Representative for further assistance.
If you are a trucking company who uses the ACE Portal for manifest filing and you do not have an assigned CBP Client Rep, please contact directly ACE Import Manifest Branch Chief Amy Hatfield at Amy.E.Hatfield@cbp.dhs.gov.
If you have additional questions about the report functionality, please contact the ACE Reports Mailbox at ACE.Reports@cbp.dhs.gov
